Big thanks to Bolivar County and Youth Court Judge Hunter Nowell for speaking to the students of the RFP last week. Judge Nowell explained the powers and obligations of the Youth Court, its relationship with Circuit and Chancery, and shared success stories about some of the cases in his court, as well as tough decisions he has had to make.
