🚨Not Guilty First Degree Murder🚨

After four days of trial in Tunica County, Korea McKay was found not guilty of First Degree Murder regarding a 2023 shooting. Prosecuted by the Office of the Attorney General, the case involved agents from the ATF, MBI, Secret Service, Mississippi Forensics Lab, State Medical Examiner’s Office, Desoto County Sheriff’s Department, as well as Tunica County Sheriff’s Department. The jury deliberated for less than two hours.

The jury was hung on Ct II: Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and a mistrial on that count was declared by the Court.
